Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Melted Pasta

  1. Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the Chicken
Season the chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce
In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well.
  5. Add the Cheese
Lower the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Combine Everything
Add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet. Toss everything together until fully coated in the creamy sauce.
  7. Make it Extra Melty
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top. Cover the skillet for 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts beautifully.
  8. Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese. Serve hot with garlic bread or a fresh salad.

Tips
