Turn off the oven.
Leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly open for:
1 hour
Remove and cool completely.
Refrigerate for:
At least 6 hours or overnight.

In a saucepan combine:
Blueberries
Sugar
Lemon juice
Cook over medium heat.
Mix cornstarch and water together.
Add to the blueberries.
Cook until thickened, about:
3–5 minutes
Allow topping to cool completely.

Spread the blueberry topping evenly over the chilled cheesecake.
Step 8: Garnish and Serve
Decorate with:

Whipped cream
Lemon zest
Slice and serve chilled.
