Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Optional toppings:

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Berries
Wash and dry berries thoroughly.

Slice larger strawberries into smaller pieces.

Set aside a few berries for garnish.

Step 2: Prepare Protein Base
In a large bowl combine:

Greek yogurt
Vanilla protein powder
Vanilla extract
Sweetener
Lemon juice
Mix until smooth.

Step 3: Whip the Cream
Using a mixer, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Do not overmix.
