1. Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2. Mix Wet Ingredients:
In another bowl, combine yogurt, milk, egg, vanilla, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
3. Combine:
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined. Do not overmix (a few lumps are fine). Fold in chocolate chips.
4. Cook:
Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil. Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake. Cook 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through.
5. Serve:
Serve warm with maple syrup, extra chocolate chips, or fresh berries.
