Chocolate Chip Yogurt Pancake

1. Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

2. Mix Wet Ingredients:

In another bowl, combine yogurt, milk, egg, vanilla, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.

3. Combine:

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined. Do not overmix (a few lumps are fine). Fold in chocolate chips.

4. Cook:

Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil. Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake. Cook 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through.

5. Serve:

Serve warm with maple syrup, extra chocolate chips, or fresh berries.
