Ground Beef Lo Mein: The 30-Minute Takeout Fakeout That Beats the Real Thing

For the Magic Sauce (Mix First!):
⅓ cup Soy Sauce (or Tamari for gluten-free)

2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce (essential for authentic depth)

1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil

1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce

2 teaspoons Brown Sugar

½ cup Beef Broth or water

For the Lo Mein:
8-10 oz Dried Lo Mein Noodles, Spaghetti, or Linguine

3 cloves Garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger, grated
