1 lb Ground Beef (85/15 or 90/10 for best flavor)
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger, grated
1 medium Onion, sliced
1 large Bell Pepper (any color), sliced
2 cups Coleslaw Mix or shredded cabbage (for instant crunch!)
