Hibiscus and Clove Jelly

Ingredients:

1 cup dried hibiscus flowers

1 1/2 cups water

1 packet unflavored gelatin (7 g)

4 cups water (to dissolve the gelatin)

1 cinnamon stick

3-4 cloves

1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)

Juice of 1 lemon (optional)
