This Oreo Lava Cake has a rich, fudgy chocolate exterior with a warm, oozing white chocolate and cream filling that tastes exactly like the inside of an Oreo. It’s easier than it looks and ready in under 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
4 oz (115g) Semisweet Chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
1 cup Powdered Sugar
2 Large Eggs (+ 2 extra yolks for extra creaminess!)
Secret Addition: 6 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
For the filling: 4 crushed Oreos & white chocolate chips (optional but recommended!)
How to make it:
Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease your ramekins well with butter.
Melt: Melt the butter and semisweet chocolate together in the microwave (30-sec intervals) until smooth.
Whisk: In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, yolks, and powdered sugar until pale and thick.
Combine: Fold the chocolate mixture into the eggs. Gently sift in the flour and fold until just combined.
Assemble: Pour half the batter into ramekins. Add a piece of white chocolate or an Oreo in the center, then cover with the rest of the batter.
Bake: Bake for 12–14 minutes. The edges should be firm, but the center jiggly.
Serve: Invert onto a plate and watch the magic flow! ![]()
