π― Filling
120 g (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
6β8 fresh strawberries, diced

4 small flour tortillas (20 cm)
2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
π¬ Cinnamon Sugar
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
They smell like a bakery in strawberry seasonβwarm, sweet, and cozy.
π’ INSTRUCTIONS
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in diced strawberries gently.
Spoon filling into the center of each tortilla.
Fold in the sides and roll up tightly like a burrito.
Brush outside with melted butter.
Roll each wrap in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Air Fryer: Place seam-side down and air fry at 190Β°C (375Β°F) for 8β10 minutes until golden.
Oven: Bake on a lined tray at 200Β°C (400Β°F) for 12β15 minutes, flipping halfway.
Let cool slightly before serving (filling is hot!).
Serve warm with extra strawberries or whipped cream. π
