Ingredients
Brownie Base
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1½ cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
Mint Layer
2 cups powdered sugar
¼ cup softened butter
2–3 tbsp milk
1 tsp peppermint extract
Green food coloring (optional)
Chocolate Topping
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp butter
Instructions
1️⃣ Bake the brownies
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan.
Mix butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, cocoa, and salt.
Spread batter evenly and bake 25–30 minutes. Cool completely.
2️⃣ Make the mint layer
Beat powdered sugar, butter, milk, peppermint extract, and food coloring until smooth.
Spread evenly over cooled brownies. Chill 15 minutes.
3️⃣ Add chocolate topping
Melt chocolate chips and butter together until smooth.
Pour over mint layer and spread evenly.
4️⃣ Set & serve
Refrigerate until firm. Slice and enjoy!
