Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Salad: A Nutritious and Flavorful Meal

Recipe Suggestion:
1 grilled chicken breast (sliced)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, diced
1/4 cup kalamata olives
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Mixed leafy greens (lettuce, arugula, or spinach)
Fresh oregano or mint (optional for garnish)
1 tbsp olive oil (for dressing)
1 tbsp lemon juice (for dressing)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Arrange a bed of mixed leafy greens in a large bowl or plate.
Add the sliced grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and red onion on top of the greens.
Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and fresh oregano or mint if desired.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
