Lemon Mint Green Smoothie for weight loss

  • A small handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup water (or coconut water)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Instructions:

  1. Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Chop the cucumber and apple into small pieces.
  3. Add spinach (or kale), cucumber, apple, mint leaves, and ginger (if using) into a blender.
  4. Pour in the water or coconut water.
  5. Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice.
  6. Blend until smooth.
  7. Pour into a glass and drink immediately, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
