I had a TON of interest in my Blood Sugar

I had a TON of interest in my Blood Sugar Regulator when I shared yesterday…so I thought I would share the details and recipe.
🌿Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)- the base of most fire cider, has been shown to have anti-glycemic effect. ACV consumption significantly reduces fasting blood glucose levels and improves insulin sensitivity in individuals with type 2 diabetes.

🌿Ginger- research indicates ginger may help reduce blood sugar levels and inflammation. Supplemental ginger, in some studies, had a significant impact on all three measured outcomes of blood sugar control: fasting blood glucose, A1c, and insulin levels.

🌿 Turmeric and Black Peppercorn- Turmerics active compound, curcumin, has significant anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and has shown promise in reducing blood glucose and HbA1c levels, particularly with type 2 diabetics. Piperine, the active compound in black pepper, significantly enhances the bioavailibility and absorption of curcumin. Piperine itself has also shown potential to improve insulin sensitivity and glucose control in animal studies.

🌿Cinnamon- this spice is well-known for potentially improving insulin sensitivity and helping to manage blood sugar levels.

🌿Fenugreek Seeds- fenugreek has been shown to improve glucose metabolism and reduce insulin resistance. Some studies suggest it may lower blood glucose levels.

🌿Unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses- has a lower glycemic impact, which raise blood sugar less rapidly. It can slow down the intestinal absorbtion of glucose and fructose, giving the pancreas more time to process. It is also rich in minerals like chromium, magnesium, and potassium which support overall metabolic health. Studies suggest it reduces the insulin load. Adding it to meals can lower the insulin response, reducing the load on the pancreas.
