High-Protein Whipped Iced Coffee

Ingredients

6 tablespoons heavy cream

1½ tablespoons unsweetened, unsalted smooth almond butter

1 tablespoon instant coffee granules

1½ teaspoons confectioners’ sugar

Ice for serving

1 cup whole milk

Directions
Combine 6 tablespoons cream, 1½ tablespoons almond butter, 1 tablespoon instant coffee and 1½ teaspoons confectioners’ sugar in a medium bowl; beat with an electric mixer on low speed until light and fluffy, about 1 minute.

Fill 2 tall glasses with ice; pour ½ cup milk over the ice in each glass. Spoon the whipped coffee over the milk. Stir the whipped coffee into the milk and serve immediately.
