Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
8 oz brie cheese, sliced
½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup chopped pistachios
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
1–2 tsp honey for drizzling
Fresh thyme sprigs for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the puff pastry and cut out a large Christmas tree shape (triangle + trunk).
Carefully slice the tree horizontally into 1-inch strips, keeping the base intact so the layers stay connected.
Gently lift every other strip and spread a little cranberry sauce, brie slices, dried cranberries, and pistachios between the layers. Press lightly to secure.
Brush the entire tree with egg wash for a glossy golden finish.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until deeply golden, flaky, and puffed.
Drizzle warm honey over the tree and garnish with fresh thyme and extra pistachios.
Serve immediately while the brie is melty and stretchy.
