2½ cups shredded coconut
1 cup whole milk

For Coating / Decoration:
Extra shredded coconut

Preparation Steps:
In a saucepan over medium heat, add the sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, vanilla, and cornstarch
Whisk continuously until the mixture becomes smooth and begins to thicken
Add the shredded coconut gradually, stirring constantly until a soft, cohesive dough forms
Reduce heat and cook for 2–3 minutes until the mixture pulls away from the pan
Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool until warm and easy to handle

Filling & Shaping:
Take a small portion of the coconut mixture and flatten it in your palm
Place a piece or spoon of chocolate in the center
Gently close and roll into a smooth ball, sealing the chocolate inside

Place the coconut balls in paper liners or on a serving plate
