Easy Halal Cheesy Turkey Deli Wrap Recipe

Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly over one half of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edge.
Evenly distribute half of the diced halal smoked turkey over the cheese. If using, sprinkle half of the halal beef bacon bits on top.
Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the filling, creating a half-moon shape, then fold it over once more to create a compact triangle or rectangle wrap, ensuring the filling is enclosed. Repeat with the second tortilla and the remaining ingredients.
Heat a large non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Add 1/2 tablespoon of butter or olive oil and let it melt.
Carefully place one wrap into the hot skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is completely melted and gooey. You might need to gently press down on the wrap with a spatula to ensure even contact and melting.
Remove the cooked wrap from the pan and place it on a cutting board. Repeat with the second wrap, adding the remaining butter or oil to the pan.
Once both wraps are cooked, slice each one in half crosswise to reveal the irresistible cheesy interior. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh black pepper and dried parsley or chives, if desired, and serve immediately.
