Ingredients:
4 C. Small broccoli florets
1 ½ C. Green seedless grapes cut in half
1 C. Raisins
1 C. Celery chopped
¼ C. Mayonnaise
¼ C. Sunflower seed kernels
½ Tbsp. Granulated sugar
¼ C. Plain fat free yogurt
1 Tbsp. White vinegar
How to make Easy Broccoli Salad:
Step 1. Place the broccoli florets, seedless grapes, raisins, celery and sunflower seeds into a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Step 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, sugar and white vinegar until well combined.
Step 3. Pour the sauce over the broccoli mixture and stir until well incorporated.
Step 4. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and chill before serving.
