Crockpot Creamy Mushroom Beef

1. Add beef
  • Place raw ground beef in the crockpot
  • Break it slightly into chunks
2. Add ingredients
  • Pour cream of mushroom soup over beef
  • Add chopped onion, garlic, broth, and seasoning
3. Cook
  • Low: 6–7 hours
  • High: 3–4 hours
4. Break & stir
  • About halfway through, break up the beef and stir well
5. Finish
  • Stir in sour cream at the end (optional)
  • Mix until creamy and smooth
6. Serve
  • Serve over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes
