Ingredients

1½ cups cooked chickpeas

¼ cup tahini

2 garlic cloves

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon ground cumin

Salt to taste

Cold water, as needed

Directions

Add chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and salt to a blender.

Blend until smooth, adding cold water gradually for a creamy texture.

Drizzle in olive oil and blend again until silky.
