Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup dill pickles, finely chopped
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
10–12 egg roll wrappers
1 egg (beaten, for sealing)
Vegetable oil for frying
How to Make Crispy Cheeseburger Egg Rolls
Cook the Filling
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
Season & Mix
Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper, chopped pickles, and shredded cheese. Mix until well combined. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
Wrap the Egg Rolls
Lay an egg roll wrapper with one corner facing you (like a diamond).
Add 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture to the center.
Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides.
Roll tightly and seal the top with the beaten egg.
