A comforting, cheesy casserole loaded with tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and rich Alfredo sauce—perfect for a family dinner or cozy night in.

Ingredients (serves 4–6):

2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded

3 cups fresh broccoli florets (or frozen, thawed)

12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or your choice), cooked al dente

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & black pepper, to taste

½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

2 tbsp olive oil or butter (for greasing baking dish)

Instructions:

Preheat oven:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil or butter.

Prepare the ingredients:

Steam or blanch broccoli until bright green and slightly tender.

Cook pasta al dente and drain.

Mix the casserole:

In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, broccoli, pasta, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix until evenly coated.

Assemble:

Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish.

Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle red pepper flakes if using.

Bake:

Bake 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are lightly golden.
