Ingredients

½ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark, divided)
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease with nonstick spray.
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
Combine

Stir in ¾ cup chocolate chips, reserving the rest for topping.
Bake
