3 cups (720 ml) chicken broth

2 cups (480 ml) milk or half-and-half

12 oz (340 g) egg noodles

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional Garnish:
Fresh chopped parsley

Instructions
Season and Cook the Chicken
Season the chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Heat olive oil or butter in a large deep skillet or pan over medium heat.
Add the chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
