**Ingredients:**
* 2 cups broccoli florets (steamed & finely chopped)
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1/3 cup almond flour or crushed pork rinds (low-carb)
* 1 egg
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* Salt & pepper to taste
**Instructions:**
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
3. Form into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
4. Bake for 15–18 mins until golden and crispy.
5. Serve with low-carb dip (like sugar-free buffalo sauce or Greek yogurt ranch).
