Directions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer qto paper towels.
- Lightly butter the bread and toast in the same pan until golden; set aside.
- Add a little butter or oil to the pan and fry the eggs to your preferred doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place a slice of cheese on each piece of toast, then top with a hot egg so the cheese melts.
- Add bacon on top of the egg, close the sandwiches, and serve warm.
