History of Bread
Bread is one of the oldest prepared foods in human history, dating back over 10,000 years. Ancient civilizations in regions like Egypt and Mesopotamia developed early forms of leavened bread using wild yeast. Modern techniques evolved over centuries, but the core ingredients—flour, water, and heat—remain unchanged.
