Smoked Bacon Triple-Cheese Stuffed Pork Chops With Sweet Heat Glaze
Ingredients:
– 4 boneless pork chops
– 8 slices of smoked bacon
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 teaspoon hot sauce
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces. In a bowl, mix together the three cheeses and the chopped bacon. Cut a pocket into each pork chop and stuff with the cheese and bacon mixture. Season the outside of the pork chops with salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and hot sauce to make the glaze. Brush the glaze over the stuffed pork chops. Place the pork chops on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy the delicious combination of smoky bacon, gooey cheese, and sweet heat glaze
