TRIPLE CHEESE BACON MELT
Ingredients:
8 slices thick brioche or Texas toast
4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
4 slices mozzarella cheese
12 slices crispy cooked bacon
4 tablespoons softened butter
Instructions:
1. Butter the bread:
Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of brioche or Texas toast.
2. Assemble:
Place 4 slices of bread (buttered side down) on your surface.
Add one slice of sharp cheddar, one slice of Monterey Jack, and one slice of mozzarella on each piece.
Top with 3 slices of crispy bacon per sandwich.
3. Close and press:
Cover each with another slice of bread (buttered side up). Gently press down.
4. Grill:
Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-low heat.
Cook sandwiches for 3–4 minutes per side, pressing lightly until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
5. Serve immediately:
Slice diagonally to showcase the melted triple cheese layers and crispy bacon, exactly like in the picture.
