POPEYES CAJUN RICE COPYCAT

You’ll Need:
• 1 lb ground beef (or mix with gizzards)
• 2 cups long grain rice
• ½ cup diced bell pepper
• ½ cup diced onion
• 4 cups beef broth
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Creole or Cajun seasoning
• ⅛ tsp cayenne (optional)
• ½ tsp celery seed
• ¼ tsp black pepper

Cook beef with onion & pepper, add broth and spices, stir in rice, cover & simmer until tender.

One of those flavors that never really leaves you.
