Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup long-grain white rice
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or casserole dish.

Combine the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, long-grain rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. If using, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
