A hearty and flavorful casserole that combines tender chicken, creamy cheese, and zesty spices, perfect for a family dinner or a potluck gathering.

**Ingredients:**

*For the Chicken Filling*
– 1 10.5-ounce can condensed cheddar cheese soup or condensed fiesta nacho cheese soup
– 1 ¼ cups sour cream
– 1 teaspoon chili powder
– ½ teaspoon cumin
– ½ teaspoon paprika, more or less to taste
– 1 teaspoon salt, more or less to taste
– Black pepper to taste
– 4 cups cooked, shredded chicken (see Notes)
– 1 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed well
– 1 15.25-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
– 1 14.5-ounce can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
– 1 4-ounce can diced green chilies

*For the Casserole Layers*
– 1 ½ cups crushed tortilla chips (any brand, any flavor)
– 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

*Serving Suggestions (All Optional)*
– Fresh cilantro, chopped
– Sour cream

**Directions:**

1. **Preheat the Oven:** Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. **Prepare the Chicken Filling:** In a large mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined. Add the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, fire-roasted diced tomatoes, and diced green chilies. Mix until everything is evenly coated.

3. **Layer the Casserole:** Spread half of the crushed tortilla chips evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Pour half of the chicken filling over the chips, followed by half of the shredded Mexican cheese blend. Repeat the layers with the remaining tortilla chips, chicken filling, and cheese.

4. **Bake the Casserole:** Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
