2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
2 large tortillas (wraps)
1 ripe avocado, mashed
1 small tomato, diced
ΒΌ red onion, finely chopped
1 small carrot, grated
Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Β½ tsp paprika
Β½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Optional: lemon or lime juice π

Season chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-sear until golden and cooked through. Slice.
Lightly warm the tortillas in a pan.
Spread mashed avocado evenly over each tortilla.
Add chicken, tomato, onion, carrot, and fresh herbs.
Sprinkle with lemon or lime juice if desired.
Roll tightly into wraps, grill lightly for marks (optional), cut in half, and serve.
